After a long, cold Midwestern winter, there is no greater delight than to see our Produce section come alive with fresh spring greens! Join us for an exploration of spring’s bounty with natural foods chef Alia Dalal as she demonstrates simple, healthy recipes for you to recreate at home. From ramps to rhubarb, artichokes to asparagus, green peas to fava beans, and more…chef Alia will show you how to incorporate the fresh, seasonal, produce of the moment into your daily diet.

Easy, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free recipes mean this class is open to all, and all are welcome!
