Claudia Garrison: Former Haven Middle School teacher Claudia Garrison is running for the District 65 school board. She stresses the importance of financial reporting, addressing low teacher morale and increased transparency from the administration.

Suni Kartha: Attorney Suni Kartha is running her first campaign for election to the District 65 board. She stresses the importance of preparing for a possible shift of pension costs from the state to local school districts, while keeping cuts away from the classroom. 

Candance Chow: Management consultant Candance Chow is running for her first term on the District 65 board. Chow stresses the importance of differentiated learning approaches for each child, holding board members accountable through strategic goals and collaborating with teachers, parents and the community.
