NU Prof at Heart of Lawsuit Says Student Propositioned Him

A Northwestern student has sued the university saying it didn't act on her sexual harassment complaint against the professor.

The Northwestern University professor at the heart of a lawsuit against the school defended himself saying he was not the aggressor in the actions in question, according to an NBC5 report.

A student, who is now a junior, filed suit against the school saying it failed to act on her sexual harassment claim two years ago against philosophy professor Peter Ludlow.

Ludlow, through his attorney, said the student propositioned him and he refused her advances, NBC5 reports. He also said she contacted him in a friendly way after the alleged harassment.
