Have you seen the brightly colored snowplow blades lined up in front of the Civic Center? They're on display for all to admire (and to vote on). It appears that nine area schools participated this year in the annual Paint Evanston's Plows (P.E.P.) contest. Kids (and adult volunteers) spent countless hours creating their masterpieces for all of Evanston to see.
