Whole Food Mural Captures South Evanston Vantage

The mural was painted by ETHS students and staff.

A recently-completed mural on the south wall of , 1111 Chicago Ave., provided students and staff with an opportunity to creatively express their visions and reflections of the South Evanston community.

“Welcome to Evanston” reads the mural, which depicts many notable, local landmarks from a south-side vantage.

The piece was designed by ETHS art teacher Petra Maton alongside her spring semester cartooning students.
