It’s Tuesday, and that means many of Evanston’s Real Estate Brokers were busy holding broker-only open houses this morning.

I tour as many as possible so that I can better serve buyers and sellers and help them to better analyze the onslaught of real estate data they get via their smartphones and internet. How accurate is all that data on Zillow, etc.? Pretty accurate. But when you’re making the biggest purchase of your life, it’s smart to do a double check for accuracy. And many times, the only way to truly check all the details is to walk through the house. Thus, I tour for you, Mrs. Buyer and Mr. Seller. You’re welcome.
