"It's not a bubble..."

Rising home prices are causing many people to wonder, “Are we seeing another housing market “bubble”?” And that’s a reasonable question, given what happened in the US Real Estate Market over the past 10 years. But what does the data from this year’s real estate market tell us?

  • Average annual appreciation has returned to near normal levels, and projections are steady.
  • Distressed property sale numbers are diving
  • Experts are saying, “It’s not a bubble…”, because slightly rising rates and increasing inventories of homes available for sale are keeping prices from rising back into “bubble” territory.
