Don't Have a Boltwood Reservation? Check Out Photos of the Restaurant Here

The Evanston eatery opens Thursday with limited seating, and then fully opens next week.

Eager for a taste of what Evanston’s new Boltwood has to offer? Well, if you haven’t scored an early reservation, you can take a look inside the space in the photos that Chicago Eater posted here.

Boltwood, the farm-to-table collaboration between former Publican chef Brian Huston and Brothers K owner John Kim, opens with limited reservations on Thursday, according to Boltwood’s Facebook page. Then, starting next Tuesday, the restaurant will be fully open for reservations and walk-ins.

Boltwood, named after the freshman wing at Evanston Township High School, will occupy the former Lulu’s space at 804 Davis Street.
