Edzo's Will Be Open For Dinner Starting Next Week
Got a craving for Edzo's after 4 p.m.? As of next week, you're in luck.
By popular demand, Evanston's Edzo's Burger Shop will begin staying open for dinner as of next Tuesday, Jan. 28, according to the Chicago Reader.
Owner Eddie Lakin told the Reader that he had gotten so many requests to stay open past 4 p.m. that he is now extending hours until 10 p.m. in Evanston. The store is closed on Mondays.
The shop is famous for its burgers, of course (recently named the best in Chicago by Zagat Guide), as well as for its thick, creamy milkshakes in unusual flavors like Spicy Mexican Chocolate and Fluffernutter.
