Evanston’s Boltwood Opens Thursday

Limited reservations are available through Sunday. The hotly anticipated restaurant will be fully open next week.

Evanston foodies, get yourself on Open Table for a seating at the hotly anticipated Boltwood restaurant this week.

Boltwood, the farm-to-table collaboration between former Publican chef Brian Huston and Brothers K owner John Kim, opens with limited reservations on Thursday, according to Boltwood’s Facebook page. Then, starting next Tuesday, the restaurant will be fully open for reservations and walk-ins.

Boltwood, named after the freshman wing at Evanston Township High School, will occupy the former Lulu’s space at 804 Davis Street.
