DEWU Community Celebration

Join us for Y.O.U.'s 6th Annual Diverse Evanston Walks United (DEWU), a community-wide celebration of peace, diversity, unity, leadership, and service held on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Registration is now available online HERE.

This youth-driven event engages groups from across Evanston with local youth and families to create different expressions and thoughts promoting non-violence. DEWU is a FREE community event and will feature guest speakers, a live portrait artist, performances by youth, and a panel discussion on strategies for developing healthy relationships.

Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky will be participating in our annual DEWU event, and she is excited to be joining the community on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We'll see you there!
