The Free Access to Fishing program, sponsored by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, teaches Evanston children age 5-15 about fishing and the "catch and release" process. All equipment is provided free of charge and no license is necessary for anyone under age 16. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
