Chi is all about. Yang Style Tai Chi places emphasis on principles, body mechanics, and the resulting health benefits including stress reduction and
improved range of motion, coordination, balance, energy & concentration. About the teacher: Greg graduated from Pacific College of Oriental
Medicine in Chicago with a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. His understanding of acupuncture theory and Oriental Medicine
give him a unique perspective, unfamiliar to most martial arts instructors, on the meanings of Tai Chi postures and applications and how they
provide health benefits.
