Pre-Turkey Fitness Party -- Zumba & Body TUNEing with Malik Turley
Gear up for your Thanksgiving feast by burning off a bunch of calories! We'll do an hour and a half of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of Body TUNEing-Strength Training for Women (muscle burns more calories than fat, you know) and still get you home in time for a shower before the festivities begin!
