Restorative Yoga - Gratitude and Abundance with Marissa Casey

Breathe. Relax. Release. Rejuvenate your mind and body through this gentle supported practice. Let go of stress and experience calm with each pose. In Restorative Yoga, poses are held for up to 15 minutes and entirely supported by props (blankets, bolsters, etc). This creates a gentle, slow release of the body, which also allows the mind to move into stillness. Cell rejuvenation occurs similar to an hour or more of sleep. This time is for you; use it to reset and prepare yourself for the week ahead.
