After two individual sessions to learn basic skills, you're welcome to attend the group on a drop in basis. The group facilitates a body centered mindfulness practice. Learn to use your whole body-mind felt sense to access a deeper level of feeling and understanding and access inner resources for healing and change. Group sessions are $25.
