University of Miami freshman football player and Evanston native Jeffrey Brown was charged this week with sexual battery.
Police told the Miami Herald the charges were from an attack this past weekend at a dorm.
"The woman had returned home to the dormitory, drunk and ill, according to an arrest affidavit. Brown came into her room, 'under pretense he was concerned for her well being,' the affidavit said."
