42nd Annual Custer Fair Features 400 Artisans

The annual Custer's Last Stand Festival of the Arts takes place Saturday, June 15, and Sunday, June 16 in Evanston.

Nearly 400 artisans and live music on two stages highlights this year's 42nd annual Custer's Last Stand Festval of the Arts.

Taking place on Custer Avenue and Chicago Avenue between Main and Madison streets, the fair runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 15, and Sunday, June 16. 

Arts and crafts vendors will sell ceramics, painting, pottery, jewelry, wearable art and antiques, while a Eiden Park features activities and entertainment for kids.

Music on two stages includes the Evanston School of Rock, the Highland Park Pops Big Band and the South Blvd Band. A third stage offers theatre performances, including the Piccolo Theatre Variety Show and the Suitcase Shakespeare Company.
