Evanston's 'Starlight Concert Series' Begins Thursday
Free concerts begin Thursday with pan-ethnic party music in James Park.
Evanston's free summer concert series begins Thursday, June 13, with a performance by the band Paul Cebar TomorrowSound.
Starlight concerts take place from 7 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday through late August, and showcase jazz, reggae, indie rock and country, among other genres.
