Photo Gallery: Keep Evanston Beautiful Garden Walk Preview

Check out some of the gardens to be visited on Sunday's 23rd Annual Keep Evanston Beautiful Garden Walk.

Keep Evanston Beautiful’s 23rd Annual Garden Walk will take place Sunday from noon until 5 p.m.

The fundraiser will tour nine private and two public gardens.

Highlights include:

  • retirement community, 1555 Oak Ave., where representatives from the Herb Society of America will give herb workshops twice during the day.
  • Edible Acre, a joint initiative by The Talking Farm and Evanston Township High School, that will showcase organic gradens designed and maintained by ETHS students.

Tickets cost $15 for Keep Evanston Beautiful members and $20 for non-members. They can be purchased online, at the Ecology Center or at several Evanston flourists.
