Evanston Patch Pets: Lucy & Susan
Each week, we feature cats and dogs available for adoption from C.A.R.E. Evanston Animal Shelter.
C.A.R.E. cats Lucy and Susan are sisters and best friends. Lucy is the white and grey one, while Susan is white and tabby. Now about eight months old, the only constant presence in their short lives has been each other.
Like all sibs, they're similar but different. Lucy loves to play with all kinds of toys, especially if they're wand toys. Susan is more reserved--until she turns on her motor-purr. Both girls love looking out windows at the birds, chasing reflections on the walls, and having good nap together.

Lucy & Susan Stats:
- Domestic Shorthairs, 8 months old, white/gray and white/tabby, neutered females
- Lucy & Susan are microchipped and has had a full vet checkup and all vaccines.
- We're not sure of Lucy & Susan's opinions about dogs, but depending on the dog, we think they'll be open-minded on the subject.

Please come to C.A.R.E. Evanston Animal Shelter, 2310 Oakton St., Evanston, to meet Lucy & Susan, and speak to an adoption counselor. Adoption hours are Monday through Thursday, 6-8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, noon-3:30 p.m.
