City Calls For Voluntary Even/Odd Parking Tuesday
Residents are asked to voluntarily comply with snow parking restrictions on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Garbage and recycling pickup is also delayed one day this week.
Snow Parking Restrictions - Voluntary Compliance Requested
Parking restrictions are not in effect for today or tomorrow, January 6 and 7, 2014.
Due to the frigid temperatures, the City has asked for voluntary even/odd compliance for Tuesday (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
On January 7, 2014, vehicles should be parked on the even-numbered side of the street, if possible. Most streets with parking on one side only now have permanent “ODD date” or “EVEN date” signs. This allows them to be plowed during snow emergencies or when voluntary compliance is requested.
