Last Week For the Beach in Evanston
All five public swimming beaches remain open through Labor Day.
The kids are going back to school, and summer is officially drawing to a close.
But you can still have one last hurrah at the beach in Evanston, where all five public swimming beaches remain open through Monday, Sept. 1.
Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., according to the city website. Monday is the last free beach day for residents, and takes place at Greenwood Beach.
