Don't Miss the Willard School Circus this Saturday

Shop Early at a Westminster Place's Holiday Craft Fair
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at Westminster Place, 3131 Simpson St.
Westminster Place hosts its annual holiday craft fair and bake sale, with handcrafted items made by residents, including hand-dyed silk scarves, angels, snowmen, flower arrangements, beaded jewelry, Christmas ornaments and homemade soup mixes. A handmade dollhouse and two full-size double fleece blankets will be raffled off.

See Pride and Prejudice at Northwestern
Nov. 15-24 at Ethel M. Barber Theatre, 30 Arts Circle Dr. 
Northwestern professor Jessica Thebus directs this play based on the book by Jane Austen. $25 general public; tickets available online.

Take the Kids to Pocahontas at the Library
2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, and Sunday, Nov. 17, at the Evanston Public Library, 1703 Orrington Ave.
See the Disney classic for free at the library in the children's room. 

Check Out the Willard School Circus
5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Haven School, 2417 Prairie Ave.
Willard School students show off the skills they learned from a 5-week artist-in-residence program with CircEsteem, including juggling, tight wire, stilt walking and clowning. Admission is free. 

Dine at Claudia Pop-Up Restaurant
5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at Company Evanston, 1307 Chicago Ave.
Chef Trevor Teich, of L20, Nomi and Acadia, cooks a seven course tasting menu of French and Japanese-inspired seafood. Courses include tuna with shaved foi gras, miso smoked salmon and pumpkin cucumber mussels. Tickets are $85 apiece and available online.

Support Nonprofits at the Make-a-Difference Market
11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, at Lake Street Church, 607 Lake St.
Lake Street Church hosts its 19th annual Make-a-Difference Market, where nonprofits sell unique items and donation cards. 
Learn How to Carve a Turkey at Whole Foods
12 and 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, at Whole Foods Market, 1640 Chicago Ave.
Carve turkey like a pro after a class led by Corey, associate meat team leader at the downtown Evanston Whole Foods.
