Kids come here to enjoy wonderful music, theatre and performing-arts programs. The camp schedule begins at about 7am and continues until bedtime, which ranges between 8:45pm - 10pm, depending on age. Throughout the day, each camper will take part in acting, singing and dance, and will also enjoy some sports and elective activities. Note: campgrounds are not at this address.

In addition to Sunday worship services, there are a variety of activities for the church community to take part in, such as BBQs, community service projects, and various celebrations. Childcare is offered for several hours on Sunday mornings for the youngest church goers (children three-years-old and younger), as well as Sunday school and Kid's Kamp (during summer).

St. James Armenian Church Evanston has served the largest concentration of the Armenian community in Chicago since 1944.More The parish is located in the heart of downtown at the doorstep of the University. Its diverse congregation numbers about 200 people from all corners of the Armenian world--Turkey, the Middle East and the Republic of Armenia--as well as many downtown professionals and families who are third and fourth generation in the parish. St. James offers an active Sunday School and young adults group (ACYOA) as well as a Women's Guild and its Kousan Choir. The parish is best known as host of Evanston's annual Taste of Armenia Festival which draws more than 2,500 people of all ethnic backgrounds for a leisurely day of charcoal-grilled kebab and home-cooked Armenian delicacies, live music for dancing, special cultural presentations and games for the kids.
