Arrests: Burglary, Theft Dennis M. Shots Fired on Ridge, Foster Police investigated a report that someone fired shots in an alley in the 1800 block of Ridge Avenue around 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4. Nothing was found in the area. Police investigated a report that a man had fired a gun in the 2300 block of Foster Street at 3:57 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6. Nothing was found in the area. Shots Fired on Dodge Police investigated a report that a man fired a gun in the 1300 block of Dodge Avenue at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1. Nothing was found in the area. Battery on Foster, Dobson Justin Neal-Guy, 18, of the 1700 block of Dodge Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with battery in the 1100 block of Dobson Street at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, according to police.  Stephanie Mary Montgomery, 20, of the 9900 block of Holly Lane in Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with battery after she allegedly grabbed someone by the arm in a yard in the 1800 block of Foster Street at 7:25 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, police reported.
