An Evanston couple accused of circumventing South Korea’s adoption procedures have given up their fight to keep a 9-month-old Korean girl, whom they’ve raised since shortly after she was born, Chicago Tribune reported. The baby is scheduled to return to her native country Wednesday and will be placed with a South Korean family for adoption and not at an orphanage, Chicago Tribune reported.
