Stabbing on school grounds Updated 4:44 p.m. ~ Officers responded to an aggravated battery complaint at Rice Children's Center, 1101 Washington St., on April 30 around 3 p.m. The victim was a minor, police said, and received a minor laceration on the stomach. It was later revealed that the juvenile was "allegedly horse playing around" and is unsure how the injury occurred or what type of weapon was used, according to police.
