Bop 'N Grill Closes Its Doors in Evanston
The burger joint, with a second location in Rogers Park, closed its Evanston shop on Tuesday, according to the restaurant's general manager.
One day after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives aired an episode on the Evanston and Rogers Park burger shop Bop N' Grill, the restaurant announced it was closing its Evanston location. "We're just focusing on the Loyola location," general manager Amber Schwartz told Patch on Tuesday. The restaurant announced the closing of its Evanston restaurant via Facebook, directing patrons to the Rogers Park store at 6604 N. Sheridan Rd. Owner William Song, who lives in Rogers Park, opened the restaurant’s first location in Evanston at 1903 Church Street about three years ago.
