Man Arrested With Gun During Traffic Stop Tyrone E. Gibbs, 21, of Evanston, was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, after police found a gun during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Foster Street.
