I had to laugh....The top two womens clothing store? Stella and Williams next door? Really? Talk about pricey! I was surprised that TJMaxx was never on the list or even Marshalls. I think that if the survey had been more exstensive, both of those would have been on the list.Both of those stores that are listed are pretty limited in their selections.
