Bop 'N Grill To Get Spotlight on Diner's, Drive-Ins and Dives

Based in Evanston and Rogers Park, the burger and Korean rice spot Bop ‘N Grill is poised on the cusp of fame. After Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host Guy Fieri visited the Rogers Park restaurant March 12, an episode on the eatery could air any week. Store employees were told the show would air within two to four months of filming. “We don’t have the date just yet, but if people follow us on Facebook, we’ll let you know,” says general manager Amber Schwartz. Owner William Song opened the restaurant’s first location in Evanston, at the corner of Church and Dodge, about three years ago. Please tell Guy, can he please wear plastic gloves when is in contact with food. Everytime I see him at Drivers, Dinein and drives, it affect me when he puts his hands in the food without wearing gloves. Thnks   more ›
