Car Hijacking Reported at Church Street and Dodge Two people ordered their victim to exit a vehicle, then took off with it at 9:37 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, at the intersection of Church Street and Dodge Avenue, police reported. Saldana Jr., 36, of the 4900 block of Oakton Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with criminal sexual abuse in the 1400 block of Elmwood Avenue at 9:05 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, police reported.
