The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department: Arrests: Trespass to Vehicle, Domestic Battery Anthony Vincent Cody, 19, and Lisa A. Cody, 45, of the 1800 block of Dempster Street in Evanston, were arrested and charged with trespass to a vehicle at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, in the 2400 block of Dempster Street, police reported. A 76-year-old woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 5:41 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, according to police.
