About june

I'm a pianist, singer, composer, musical director.  If you want more info on that, go to my website, www.juneshellene.com.

I became interested in financial corruption when Merrill Lynch lost half of my IRA.  Learning how to invest for myself led me down some pretty dark rabbit holes.  This is no longer about investing to make money however.  It is about coming to understand that the game is totally rigged, the government is in on it, and, as George Carlin used to say, they don't care about you!

I don't give financial advice, though, now some people ask me about what to do.  However, I do share information and sources with people who are interested in protecting themselves in what has become a corrupt and hostile environment for all but the very few insiders who have inside knowledge of what's really goin on.

HEy June- THanks again for all your posts. IT is so refreshing to see another political "atheist" in Evanston :) My husband is an independent currency trader at the chicago board of trade (as in not connected to the too big to fail crony capitalist banks). Better than anyone, I truly think he understands the corruption- as money is the only truth- He decided that to do his part to aide those who are "awake" that he'd write an economics blog. HIs goal is just to spread the monetary truth to try and help anyone who cares to listen- Here's a link if you're interested- http://rpreschern.wordpress.com/ He writes a mix of dissecting the economics news BS that the mainstream media puts out, as well as puts in information on investment tips. He believes that the US currency is set for imminent collapse in the next 2-3 years. It will definitely be rocky times. You are very smart to leave Evanston and move somewhere more rural. Best of luck to you and your family. THank you again for your bravery to speak the truth. YOu are all too correct on it being unpopular to speak out in Evanston. Ironic that a town that prides itself on being so diverse is so closed minded when it comes to critiquing the actions of King Obama- Jen
