Northwestern Ranks 19th on Princeton Review's List of Strained Community Relations

Northwestern University is listed on several 2014 rankings released this week by The Princeton Review.

Northwestern University placed 19th on The Princeton Review's ranking of colleges with the worst town/gown relations for 2014.

The ranking is based on students' answers to the survey question, "How well do students at your college get along with members of the local community?"

Evanston-Northwestern relations have improved since the 2013 town/gown ranking when the university placed 6th.

In other 2014 rankings, Northwestern placed fourth in the nation for "Best College Theater" and was named one of the 156 best colleges in the Midwest, according to a story in the Daily Northwestern.
