ETHS Wrestler Tiaira Scott Wins National Championship
The Evanston Township High School senior won the USAW Girls Folkstyle National Championships last weekend.
Evanston Township High School wrestler Tiaira Scott took home a national championship at the USAW Girls Folkstyle National Championships in Oklahoma City, OK, last weekend.
Scott beat two opponents from Texas and two from California for a score of four wins in a total time of 5:58, according to the high school.
“Thank you to all who supported and continue to support Tiaira and our wrestling program in helping our athletes reach higher goals,” commented Rudy Salinas, ETHS wrestling coach.
