Another Bro Tells It Like It Is

Rap artist Professor Griff is a black man.  Like Professor Cornell West, he doesn't give Obama a pass because he's black.  In a recent youtube video, below, he gets specific about Obama's record of broken promises.

I have to tell you, I am a huge hippie.  A musician, no less.  My world has been a pretty closed circle of people, mostly artists of some kind, who playwright David Mamet would refer to as "brain dead liberals."  Now, however, I struggle to reply to posts by facebook friends that keep hammering at the dirty rotten Republicans, but never bring up a single failing of the current administration.

It seems to be a mantra.  Democrats can't move forward because they're always blocked by evil Republicans.  It's all their fault!  Every damn thing!  

I say, that's half right, but what about the Democrats?

People still seem bound and determined to out-source their thinking to a political party.   What has really gotten under my skin, is that the anit-war movement died the minute Obama stepped foot in the White House!

We need some serious self-examination here.

As Professor Griff points out, both parties are controlled by the same people, as is the mainstream media.  Simply put, this is done with money.

The monetary system we live under enriches a relatively few, well connected and shrewd people, who, for the most part, have been born into an elite world few of us understand or even know exists, though we see and feel the effects of it everyday. Some people boil this down to "The Three Sisters,"  the Bilderbergers, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission...which draws together the central banks and large banking institutions, mass media corporations, big oil, big pharma, big food (Monsanto), and of course, my favorite people, "leading" politicians.

I'll add military, but right now, there is a huge schism in the military, as more people are waking up to what is going on.  Alot of high ranking and powerful military guys actually remember the oath they took was to protect the Constitution, not bankers, oil companies, or politicians.  

We are lied to all the time, and this attempt to keep us at each others' throats has, quite tragically, worked really well.  The elite don't think like you, identifying themselves as Republicans or Democrats.  They're laughing at you while enjoying lives of unimaginalbe privilege, happy to see the people of the world live in confusion, fear and unnecessary strife with their neighbors, domestic and foreign.  

If war was not incredibly profitable, it would not exist!

In the meantime, we scratch our heads when the government comes out with cheerful economic news as we watch our families and friends struggle with finding jobs.  

We are stunned to find out Obama has appointed Michael Taylore, Monsanto lobbyist and former VP, as Sr. advisor to the FDA, while movements like Millions Against Monsanto grow around the world.

We are confused as to whether or not to enter into the stock market now that it's skyrocketing due to run away money supply being created by the Fed out of thin air...money that has no where else to go since the Fed keeps interest rates on savings are at nearly 0.  Don't get trapped folks.  This is not going to end well.

We are humiliated and embarrassed by the TSA when we go to the airport.

We are in grave danger of losing our right to the Fifth Amendment and to have legal counsel present during questioning!  Make no mistake, the young Boston bombing suspect was stripped of these rights, thus setting a very dangerous precedent.  

The fact that someone has been virtually tried and convicted by the corporate owned mainstream media should send shivers down the spine of every American.

I am not saying that all politicians are evil.

Democrat Dennis Kucinich has bravely accused Obama of an impeachable offense, siting his bombing of the men, women and children of Lybia, without congressional approval.  Ron Paul has been trying to educate people about the dangers of the corrupt Federal Reserve System, and its unilateral power over our monetary system and economy.

Now, we wait to see whether or not Obama will join the Israeli government in bombing the people of Syria, while giving lip service to support of Palestine.  Quite frankly, after learning about what has transpired there, it is outrageous that we continue diplomatic relations with Isreal.

Today, there are congressional hearings on Benghazi.  I applaud these whistleblowers for coming forward, but I fear for them.  I expect after these hearings that they will be smeared, or discredited.  

What's more likely is that the Benghazi hearings will be passed over by the mainstream press to tell us about every single newly revealed detail about the recently freed women in Cleveland.

The fact that there is a huge cover-up regarding Benghazi is beyond a doubt, yet because many people are so wedded in their minds to being a member of the democratic party, they won't even study the issue!  

Americans need to wake up, and start seeing things from a different perspective. We're in real trouble, but we're not being told the real truth.
